Very good and rich breakfast. Wellness offer / indoor pool / sauna. immediate and smooth handling of minor complaints! . very nice view/landscape around the hotel. It's not a luxury hotel, but here the guest is still king!

The hotel is an ideal base for a trip in Herstal. The units were reasonably large and cheap with a walk-in shower. The location is quiet and absolutely perfect, next to nice walking trails that lead to shops and restaurants.

Did have to wait 10 minutes to check in as no front desk staff due to coach party had recently checked in .

Convenient location off the highway, with ample parking. Enjoyed the spacious rooms and hot drink facilities. Pool access was a nice perk. Within walking distance to a shopping center. Easy access from the motorway.

The room was tidy and reasonably priced, and they provided a good amount of coffee. It was great to have a hairdryer and an overhead shower included. The location was peaceful and conveniently close to everything, meeting all our needs.
